- Certificate of naturalization or of citizenship
- This scholarship is open to U.S. citizens. Applicants will need to submit proof of citizenship as part of their application.
Demonstrate financial need for financial assistance
- Family with gross income typically less than $95,000 annually
  - York Charitable Foundation will conduct a full financial review which will consider all income, circumstances, and assets of the student and the student’s parents/caretakers.
To continue to receive scholarship funds, students must:
- Maintain full-time student status
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5
